John is the founder and owner of E3TRI. He is a former Division 1 swimmer at Ohio University and has coached competitive swimming and triathlon for the past 15 years. John, as an athlete, has competed and reached the podium at every distance from Sprint to Ironman 70.3. He is a 2x Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier and has qualified for USAT National Championships multiple times. He has completed 4 full distances Ironman races over the years and has coached many to their dreams of finishing this event. John believes the work/life/sport balance and believes his athletes can have it all when training smart vs training all the time.
While searching for a better version of himself and a healthier lifestyle, Aaron began his endurance athletic career in 2010 with marathon training where he completed 3 marathons. He then was introduced to triathlon in 2012. While training to complete triathlons of various distances, he fell in love with the sport of triathlon. Over the next couple of years, Aaron competed in distances from Sprint to Ironman. In January 2015, Aaron began his coaching career with E3 TRI under the mentorship of his coach John Hanna. While coaching, Aaron discovered his true passion of helping others achieve what once seemed impossible. Aaron loves working with athletes of all experience levels, from the basic beginner to the seasoned athlete, and helping them reach their milestones and achieve goals within endurance sports. He believes in a true work/sport/life balance in his personalized training plans and believes you can achieve what you set your mind to. This is his true passion in life and would love to talk with you about your goals and turning what you might currently see as impossible into possible.
